Import ad hoc analyses folder

You can import private folders or folders from other users including all ad hoc analyses.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Analysis publisher function privilege.

  • You have access to uga or usa export files.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In ARIS Architect, click ARIS > Show Administration Administration.

  2. Click Navigation Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.

  3. Open the Analysis Analysis > Folder Ad hoc analyses folder structure in the Explorer tree.

  4. Select a private target folder or a From other users target folder.

  5. Click Import Import > Import ad hoc analyses folder. The dialog opens.

  6. Select the import file and click Import analyses and assign them to the selected user.

The folder containing ad hoc analyses is imported. If an analysis with the same name already exists, a number is added to the name indicating imported versions.

You can export ad hoc analyses folders.
