Export query folder

You export folders including all queries as an export file.

Prerequisite

You have the Analysis publisher function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In ARIS Architect, click ARIS > Show Administration Administration.

  2. Click Navigation Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.

  3. Open the Analysis Analysis > Folder Queries folder structure in the Explorer tree.

  4. Select a private folder or a From other users subfolder. If you select the From other users folder all queries related to other users are exported.

  5. Click Export Export > Export query folder. The dialog opens.

  6. Specify the relevant settings and click Export.

The folder containing queries is saved as a file. Private folders are exported as ugq file. Other users folders are exported as usq file.

You can import exported query folders.
