Create viewpoint mappings

You can create new viewpoint mappings.

  1. Open the Administration tab.

  2. Navigate to Configuration Configuration > Conventions Conventions > Conventions Import/Export > Folder ArchiMate > Viewpoints Viewpoints.

  3. Right-click Viewpoints Viewpoints and New > Viewpoints Viewpoint mapping. The Create viewpoint mapping dialog opens.

  4. In the ArchiMate viewpoint name field, enter the ArchiMate® viewpoint you want to map to the ARIS model type.

  5. Select the ArchiMate® model to which you want to map the ArchiMate® viewpoint.

  6. Click OK.

You have created a viewpoint mapping between ArchiMate® and ARIS and the mapping is listed in the Viewpoints Viewpoints area.
