Delete scheduled report

You can delete schedules for automatically executed reports. A system user can delete schedules of other users.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Report automation function privilege for the related database.

  • You have access to this script. Access to scripts can be restricted to certain user groups.

  • You have read access to all required database groups.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click ARIS > Administration or ARIS > Explorer. The Administration or Explorer tab opens.

  2. Log in to the database.

  3. Click Navigation Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.

  4. In the Explorer tree, click the folder Scheduled reports Scheduled reports.

  5. To create a schedule, click New New > Report Create scheduled report. The Report Automation Wizard opens.

  6. Select the schedules you want to delete.

    Select adjacent schedules by holding down the Shift key and clicking the first and last schedule. You can select schedules that are not adjacent to each other by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking the relevant schedules.

    You can extend or reduce your selection using the arrow keys.

  7. Right-click and select Delete.

The reports the deleted schedules were defined for are no longer executed automatically.
