Save attributes
You can save attributes that you have inserted or changed in tables.
Prerequisite
A table view is created for the query or the ad-hoc analysis.

Start the query or the ad-hoc analysis.
Click
Save attributes in the Data tab bar. A dialog of the same name opens.Specify the relevant settings and click OK.
The attributes have been saved.
