Move query items

You can select query items in the query result or a query table output and move them to a specific database group.

Prerequisites

  • You have the Write access privilege for the target group.

  • You have the Delete access privilege for the source group where the items are currently stored.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Define a query or start a private one.

  2. Activate the Result Result bar. If you want to move items from a spreadsheet, activate the Spreadsheet Spreadsheet bar as well.

  3. Select ARIS object occurrences, ARIS object definitions, or ARIS models. Multi-select (CTRL + mouse button) is available from the Result Result bar.

  4. Right-click and select Content > Move. The Select target group dialog opens.

  5. Select the target database group and click OK. ARIS models and ARIS object definitions are moved. If you have selected object occurrences, the related object definitions are moved.

  6. Click OK to update the query result.

The items are moved and the query result is up to date.
