Specify an element as a mandatory field

You can specify that an entry must be made for an element.

Prerequisite

You place an element that has mandatory input.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open or create a dialog.

  2. Place an element in the dialog or select an existing element.

  3. Activate Data in the Properties bar.

  4. Enable the check box in the row Mandatory input.

  5. Click Save Save.

You have defined a data property for the element.
