Specify an element as read-only

You can specify that an element is to be read-only.

Prerequisite

You place an element that can be marked as read-only.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open or create a dialog.

  2. Place an element in the dialog or select an existing element.

  3. Activate Data in the Properties bar.

  4. Enable the check box in the Write protection row to define an element as read-only.

  5. Click Save Save.

You have defined a data property for the element.
