Merge at exclusive gateway (XOR)
At an exclusive gateway, process folders from multiple incoming sequence flows are merged without synchronization. As soon as a process folder with a specified process number reaches an XOR gateway with multiple incoming sequence flows, an outgoing gate is selected based on XOR split and a process folder with the same process number is forwarded to the subsequent object. If process folders with the same process number arrive after this, they will be forwarded, as well.
