Run executables in the SAP system

You can call executables that are not run via SAP® Solution Manager.

Prerequisites

  • The Transaction code system attribute of objects and models is specified.

  • Either the SAP ® Server system attribute is specified and the Use default server for running executable (SAP ® options > Select server options page under ARIS > Options) check box is disabled, or you are only using the default server. In this case, enable the check box, which will prevent the SAP ® Server system attribute from being included.

  • You have registered an SAP server to start executables.

  • You have selected a default server.

  • You have disabled the Run executables with SAP ® Solution Manager check box on the Solution Manager options page.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click the element or click in the model background.

  2. Click Executable Executable > Executable in the SAP ® Solutions tab bar.

  3. Select an executable and click Run. If there is no connection to the SAP® system, you will have to log on to the SAP® system.

The executable is run.
