Manage the SAP® servers for this tenant.

Executable start from ARIS

Manage the SAP® Servers to be used for running executables from Published content Published content. The default server selected is indicated by a check mark.

  • SAP® Server

    Name of the SAP systems that ARIS viewers can use to run executables from ARIS. The default server is marked.

  • System access

    Indicates in what way the SAP system is accessed.

    If you have registered SAP® Servers, the executable start is performed via SAP GUI; if you are registering SAP® Server URLs, the executable start is URL-based.

  • Default server

    Marks the SAP® Server as the server that is automatically used for running executables.

    If multiple SAP® Servers are registered, the connection is established with this server.

  • SAP system role

    Identifies SAP Servers for which SAP® Solution Manager is used for running executables.

    For executables to be run via SAP® Solution Manager, SAP system roles must be selected for SAP Servers.

Solution configurations

Manage the configurations for solutions on this SAP® Server.

  • ID

    Identifier of the solution.

    If a branch of a solution is transferred to ARIS, this identifier is automatically specified as SAP ID attribute value for all downloaded database items.

  • Solution

    Name of the solution.

    Project managers must create solution configurations so that all functions for exchanging data between ARIS and SAP® Solution Manager are available to the users. All data transfer options are defined in these configurations for each branch of an SAP® solution. Users can change options only if you allow changes in the configuration.

ARIS Connectors for SAP Solutions

If you use ARIS in a cloud scenario, e.g. ARIS Enterprise edition, ARIS Connector for SAP Solutions is required to exchange data without a VPN connection.

Manage the connectors that are used to exchange data between ARIS and your SAP systems. This overview lists all connectors including a short description if specified. The status indicates whether a connection is established or a connector is not responding.

If connectors do not respond, check the related configuration.
