Delete object occurrence

You can delete object occurrences from models and decide whether you want to keep them on the clipboard or not.

Object occurrence remains available on the clipboard

  1. Click the object occurrence.

  2. Activate the Start tab bar.

  3. Click Cut Cut.

The object occurrence is removed from the model and can be pasted in models by clicking Paste Paste.

Object occurrence not available on the clipboard

  1. Click the object occurrence.

  2. Activate the Start tab bar.

  3. Click button_delete Delete.

The object occurrence is removed from the modeling area. Until you use another editing function, the object occurrence and all connections can still be replaced in its original position by clicking Edit > Undo or pressing Ctrl + Z.

Object occurrence not available on the clipboard (keyboard)

  1. Click the object occurrence.

  2. Press the Del or Backspace key.

The object occurrence is removed from the modeling area. Until you use another editing function, the object occurrence and all connections can still be replaced in its original position by clicking Edit > Undo or pressing Ctrl + Z.
