Transform task into call activity

You can transform an object of the Task type into an object of the Call activity type.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open a BPMN diagram.

  2. In your model, click a diagram of the Task type.

  3. Activate the BPMN tab bar.

  4. Click Activity Activity > Transform task into call activity.

The object of the Task type and all its occurrence copies are transformed into objects of the Call activity type. In this case, a connection of the invokes type is not created. This happens only if you model an object of the Call activity type.
