Clear contents
You can clear the content of cells. The cell format and conditional formatting of the cells are retained.
Procedure. Procedure
Open a spreadsheet.
Activate the Start tab bar.
Select the cells whose contents you want to clear.
Click
Delete.
You have cleared the contents of the selected cells.
